Saturday February 13, 2010. The CCGA concluded the 2010 NCGA 4 Ball Club (2 man best ball) Qualifier Tournament. It was a great day for golf for the11 two man team entrants. It was great to finally get out and play 18 holes of golf albeit on a sloppy track. Higher than usual scores were the rule of the day except for our 2010 champions Craig Burkett (73) gross and Steve Beaton (75) gross for a team net score of 56. One can only say Wow!!! We thank Lee Lamp for another great job setting up this tournament. Kenneth Gunter lending a hand in computing the scores and Don Morris taking in the entry fees and for score keeping the only twosome in the event. We also thank the Churn Creek Golf Course and staff for the great lunch made available for all the players.
